May 1995 ... Michel buys a Stratocaster, the first one ... red, the one he was waiting for  ... 35 ans !
With some CD playbacks, bought  via one of his australian friends,
begins his come back to The SHADOWS.

Next year, he's meeting Jean Albert in the neighbourhood , who decided to buy a new drum set,
and then the next saturday, rehearsal started !

They will play together until September 1997.
After placing a poster for the French Fan-Club SHADOWS, at Fréquence 47 in Pithiviers, I got a call.

Roger was really stonished to see that The SHADOWS en France were still present and ask a lot of questions.

More,he's playing guitar ... with his brother Gilbert and he's interested to start a band witness of our Nostalgia.
We plan to do something all together.

The major problem 3 guitaristes and a drummer ... but no bassist !
Always attracted by the sound of the bass guitar  ( NIVRAM ! ) but never tried it,
Michel bought a bass and started to play this instrument.


The first rehearsal is planned on december 20 .

After this first meeting, evrything has been done to follow.
A songlist has been setup and everyone worked on it waiting for the next opportunity .
And hurry up for a new challenge.

In the mean time, amps have been changed, then guitars, then ...


... the first time on stage !!

Roger, Gilbert & Jean Al. were in the mood, Michel would like to play " castagnettes " !!
What a fear ... at 50 years old!!

But what a happy time  ... applauses  !!

and then some other gigs to follow ...

Finaly, everybody was really happyand Michel, some Valium later, his fear was forgotten !!
